WARRANTY
AGWraps warranties vehicle wrap installations for one year from the date of install. If there are any defects due to installation (wrinkles, bubbles, peeling, etc.) during the first year, we will repair or replace the wrap under warranty. Most wrap vinyls have a manufacturer warranty of 3 years for horizontal surfaces and 5 years for vertical surfaces. All window film is not covered by our installation warranty, and most films carry a 1-3 year manufacturer warranty. Please check with us if you’re interested in more information on your wrap’s warranties!
CAUTION
The film should not be cleaned for at least 7 days after installation. Doing so may cause an alteration of the adhesive which may result in the film lifting.
Solvents and corrosive detergents will damage your wrap! AGWraps is not liable for any wraps cleaned with unspecified additives from cleaning stations.
PRO TIP
Always test a small section of the surface before cleaning the entire wrap.
CLEANING
Wrap films may be cleaned the same as a professional paint job with cleaning products and detergents used for normal car maintenance. Nevertheless, always be careful when cleaning. Use an average water pressure at a distance of at least 20” and never exceed a water temperature of 95°F (35°C).
CAR WASHES
AGWraps always advises handwashing your wrap. Additives and the rotating brushes from car washes can harm the appearance of the graphics and the film itself. It is a fact that after 10 car washes, polyurethane becomes streaked. Car washes can do the same thing to wrap films for which AGWraps is not liable.
RECOMMENDED
AGWraps recommends using 3M wrap maintenance products for cleaning your wrap. These products are available for purchase in the AGWraps showroom. We also have wrap care packages available.
